The trip may be changed, modified or even cancelled for any reason, including the following:
Optional Activities
On many trips there are optional activities which participants may choose of their own volition, responsibility, initiative and decision, knowing and accepting all potential risks. These activities are not provided by the company Doctor Travel e-services O.E. and are not included in the travel package. Also, the travel accident insurance policy held by the company does not cover the optional activities and the insurance policy is not valid for these. Any expenses incurred shall be borne by the participant and his/her relatives without any financial claim from the company Doctor Travel e-services O.E.
Complaints
Complaints during the trip must be reported to the tour leader on the spot or to the Company within seven (7) working days after returning from the trip, in writing only.
