Registration & Booking Confirmation 

Upon completing the reservation form you will receive an automated email confirming your contact information and notifying you that one of our staff will be in contact with you within the first 24 hours, in order to discuss any details you might need and confirm your booking. Please contact us if you have not received a reservation confirmation email after completing this form.

  • To complete your booking, you must pay the full participation fee or the deposit, the deposit is equivalent to 50% of the total trip value.
  • The payment will be made to one of the bank accounts that will be forwarded to you upon the booking confirmation.
  • You have three days to complete your payment in order for your booking to be valid, please include the proof of payment (or a screenshot of it). Enter the full name of the participant as the reason for the transaction.
  • The payment of the deposit is mandatory in order for your booking to be valid. Payment of the full participation fee up front is optional. he payment for the full amount of the participation fee is to be completed no later than 30 days prior to departure.
  • For bookings made within 30 days prior to departure, no deposit is accepted, and payment of the full participation fee is required at once in order for the booking to be completed.

If you opt for an invoice, please send us your invoicing details.

After you have completed full payment of the trip, you shall receive the payment document you indicated (receipt/invoice), which is a confirmation of the successful completion of registration & booking in the excursion, at the e-mail address you registered.

Registration Deadline Date

There is no specific deadline for registrations in the program. However, as the number of entries is limited, it is advisable to book your place (by paying a deposit or by full payment) as soon as possible. 

In the event that 30 days prior to departure the minimum number of participants has not been reached, then the trip shall be canceled and the money paid by the participants shall be refunded without any further obligation on the part of the company Doctor Trave e-services O.E. Interested parties shall be informed on the basis of the contact details they have entered in the registration form

Cancellations Fees

Cancellations are subject to cancellation fees, in accordance with the following cancellation-refund policy:

 

  1. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total amount shall be withheld.
  2. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the total amount shall be withheld.
